TTWCA is governed by its member conservancies through an elected TTWCA Council and Board of Directors who are supported by the Advisory Body and the Secretariat.

The Council
The Council is TTWCA's highest decision-making body. It consists of representatives from each of our members, with each member having three seats each in the TTWCA council.
The Advisory Board
The advisory board consists of a representative from Kenya Wildlife Conservancies Association (KWCA), Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS), the County Government of Taita Taveta, legal advisor and select key conservation partners.
The Board
The TTWCA Board consists of nine members of The Council, including the Chairperson, plus four ex-officio members representing: (1) the county government's environment and natural resources docket, (2) the county government's livestock docket, (3) the Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) and (4) the TTWCA CEO. The Board members are elected every three years through The Council.

The Secretariat
Stationed in the historical town of Voi at the heart of Taita Taveta, The Secretariat is in charge of designing and delivering on TTWCA's organizational goals and providing The Board and The Council with strategic recommendations.
