TTWCA crowned the final quarter of 2024 with the launch of its 2024–2028 Strategic Plan, which will set the course for the association over the next five years.

During the launch, TTWCA CEO Alfred Mwanake underscored the association’s dedication to fostering a growth mindset: adapting, learning, and continuously improving.

“In today’s dynamic environment, agility is paramount. Our plan embraces flexibility, enabling us to navigate uncertainties and capitalise on emerging opportunities,” said TTWCA CEO Alfred

“I would like to emphasise that this is not just a document to be filed away. It is a living, breathing framework that requires our collective dedication, collaboration, and relentless execution.

“Together, we will transform challenges into opportunities and achieve extraordinary outcomes for the betterment of the Tsavo ecosystem.”

The strategic plan, officially unveiled in November 2024, outlines the association’s roadmap to strengthen governance, enhance livelihoods, secure land for conservation, and foster innovative approaches to land management in the Tsavo-Taita Landscape.
